Fern Pledgeontary began with a straightforward observation: most passive investors were choosing between two extremes — high-fee active management or hands-off index exposure with no adaptive risk control. We set out to build something in between: an AI-driven approach that manages risk continuously while keeping the investor's role deliberately passive.
Since then, our focus has stayed narrow and consistent. Rather than expanding into unrelated products, we have concentrated on refining the systems, safeguards, and reporting that support long-term, risk-adjusted capital growth.
